Henry Bibelheimer of Development Services presented the site, noting its RSS PUD zoning and proximity to a Habitat for Humanity site and an existing mobile-home park. He said infrastructure for the development has been accepted by the city and the final plat aligns with the planned-unit development approved in May 2021 and reapproved after the preliminary plat expired.
Staff recommended accepting findings and recommending City Council approve the final plat. Commissioner (S6) moved to accept staff findings; the motion was seconded and passed 5-0.
The commission’s recommendation sends the final plat to City Council for final action.
