A board member clarified that payments to McDonough Boulevard (MBPM) reflected final bond-related distributions after tax‑clearance certificates were completed for previously contracted HVAC work and were not new work.
The board moved to accept consent agenda items 8.1–8.6, the motion was seconded, and the items were approved by voice vote.
