Board recognizes spring-season student-athletes from Brooke County Schools

Administrators introduced softball honorees Emily McKinney and Jasmine Wood, listing postseason honors including OBAC all-conference and West Virginia all-state honorable mentions. Baseball players Henry Anderson, Zach O’Meary, Andrew Murdoch, Aiden Provenzano and Gino Provenzano were recognized for first- and second-team all-conference selections and state honorable mentions. Track athletes Marcus Reed and Chase were noted for discus and long-jump performances at regional and state meets.
Speakers thanked the athletes and coaches for representing the district and invited families and coaches to take photographs before the meeting continued.
