Board delays final approval of NexSys Phase 2 contract, requests addendum and owner's‑rep review

Board members and administration agreed to pause final approval until the supplemental GMP schedule and an addendum addressing inspection and owner‑rep oversight questions were finished and reviewed by the owner’s representative. Superintendent Plourde proposed a special meeting or the July working session for consideration once those exhibits are ready; the board agreed to that approach.
