Students present morning announcements; VHS student board member reports on veterans luncheon and FFA trip

The student board member highlighted two November events: the veterans luncheon, where freshmen helped plan, set up and serve, providing students one-on-one conversation with veterans; and the Vermilion FFA’s five-day trip to the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, which included college and agricultural-business tours and exposure to agricultural aviation. The student described the trip as a strong opportunity to explore agricultural careers and industry roles.
