District removes outdated strategic‑plan document from website, contracts with Impact Group and schedules board visioning on Aug. 11

The district previously contracted with Impact Group to conduct strategic‑plan work; Dr. Gould said the consultant and district staff have begun logistical planning, including interviews and focus groups, and that the board needs to participate in visioning sessions. The board agreed to schedule a dedicated visioning meeting on Aug. 11 at 6 p.m. to work with Impact Group and to provide appropriate space for facilitated work and visioning exercises.
The board will provide notice; Dr. Gould said the consultant plans to take cabinet input in June, board input in August and principal group input in September as part of the planning timeline.
