The changes, officials said, focus on the district's upper section and were driven in part by new road connections and transportation routing information.
"We had some new information came in on certain areas," Mr. Burke said, describing how a newly opened road and neighborhood connections in the Zorrode area allowed staff to shift several elementary zones and create a domino effect of boundary adjustments. He said the administration had received roughly 200 emails with feedback since the last meeting and that most map changes occur in the district's upper portion.
