The Brookhaven Arts & Culture Commission recorded two formal actions during the meeting.
First, the commission approved the minutes from its August meeting by voice vote after a brief motion and second. The Chair called for the ayes and the minutes passed.
Second, staff presented an invoice for repairs to the Windsor Osborne Art Crosswalk totaling $2,200 for pressure washing and associated traffic control. Commissioner Lily Padian moved to approve the $2,200 expenditure from the commission27s preservation funds; Glenn Phillips seconded the motion. The commission voted in favor and the motion carried.
Staff said the crosswalk repair funds will come from the commission27s set-aside preservation bucket and staff will notify members when the project is complete.
