Legal counsel Reza Pejuhesh suggested the board receive a follow‑up at a board meeting to document the motions and obtain full‑board buy‑in; Melby confirmed that the item will appear on the board agenda so all members can accept or pull recommendations.
After confirming the public comment period (none), the committee voted; Patel, Dominguez and Granowitz each voted yes and the motion passed unanimously.
