Connect WDO goes live; board plans online renewals in June 2026 to speed processing

The Structural Pest Control Board and Department of Consumer Affairs staff reported on Feb. 25 that the Connect WDO reporting system launched on Nov. 18, 2025 and has processed more than 180,000 reported activities and 732 credit-card transactions since going live.
