PSATS voting delegate: The board appointed Lou Betts as Worcester Township’s voting delegate to the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors annual meeting.
Act 172 volunteer firefighter certification: The board certified members of the Worcester Volunteer Fire Department as eligible under Act 172 for the earned income tax credit, based on the list provided by the fire chief and the township code requirement of a minimum participation rate (cited by staff as 23% annual participation). The board authorized the manager to certify those names.
