Pike board approves minutes, HR report (with one item reserved) and contracts/donations

The board moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting; the chair called for a voice vote and the motion carried.
Eric Elmore asked the board to accept the human-resources report as presented. The board approved the report but exempted line item 1 for discussion in a future executive session; a motion to accept the report with that exception was made, seconded and approved by voice vote.
Greg Foster recommended approval of action items C and D (contracts/renewals and donations). A motion was made and seconded and the board approved both items by voice vote.
Adjournment: Dr. Moore moved to adjourn; the meeting was seconded and adjourned.
