Altgrin said the change updates the 10-year plan and reflects expected expense and levy impacts for fiscal years 2026–27. The resolution passed on a roll-call vote called by the chair. The roll call record on the resolution showed unanimous support from the board members present.
The board also approved the final reading and adoption of policy 606-5 (library materials), noting the redline edits discussed at a prior meeting. The policy adoption passed by voice vote after a motion and a second.
