Chair noted the technology department updated the digital-device acceptable use language to reflect current practice. "The digital device acceptable was sent through the technology department, and they updated it to reflect what we actually do," the chair said while presenting the redlined packet.
The board also approved the first reading of suggested student-discipline policy changes (policy 506 and associated discipline forms). The motion for first reading was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote, advancing the changes to the next scheduled board consideration for final adoption.
