Board member raises conflict-of-interest concerns about service on multiple county boards

The chair said the question had been considered before and that the historic preservation board was deemed an unpaid volunteer position and therefore had not been treated as a conflict when previously reviewed. The board member said they had not seen a resolution of the issue and expressed interest in continued transparency and opportunities for new participants.
