Dr. Smialek moved the consent agenda and Mister Lopez seconded. Miss Niekamp called the roll; recorded votes on the consent agenda were: Mister Postage — yes; Mister Henson — yes; Michelle Zafsky / Miss Olszewski — yes; Mister Lopez — yes; Miss Niekamp — yes. The motion passed.
Later in the meeting the board considered a separate motion to approve a salary increase for a specific administrator for the coming school year. Miss Niekamp moved the salary increase and a board member seconded. The roll call for that item recorded Miss Niekamp — yes; Miss Olszewski — yes; Mister Lopez — abstain; Mister Postage — yes; Mister Henson — yes. The motion passed.
During administrative remarks, Dr. Smialek also noted the board had approved the appointment of Dr. Ryan Morford as principal at Tollgate Middle during the consent agenda approvals; Dr. Morford was present at the meeting.
The board took no further substantive action and adjourned after motions to adjourn were moved and seconded.
