Among the items the board approved by voice or recorded roll call were: approval of minutes for listed items (items a through g); acceptance of treasurer's financial reports for 03/31/2024; acceptance of the special-education director's report (04/15/2024'05/20/2024); approval of DCMO BOCES transportation contracts for 2024-25; declaring selected technology equipment surplus and authorizing excise or online auction; accepting donations including a steeplechase water-jump system and a Yamaha student guitar/amplifier plus a $145 donation for the backpack program; approving certain transportation requests (one denied for exceeding mileage guidelines, one approved within mileage guidelines and a pre-K sibling transport approved as an extenuating circumstance); and approving district participation in a German Club exchange program with tentative travel and hosting dates.
