Board approves Flat Rock Elementary volunteer projects with Lowe’s support, pending facilities sign‑off

Chair thanked the volunteers and motioned to approve moving forward with the projects provided Mister Johnson (district facilities) reviews the grant terms and signs off. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Board members asked staff to ensure any terms (signage, maintenance commitments, or restrictions) are reviewed before acceptance and to keep the board apprised of any material changes to scope or cost.
