District considers Hometown digital ticketing for winter sports with hybrid cash option

"The interface is very easy ... you can do that with a cell phone or ... a district approved iPad," he said.
To accommodate patrons without smartphones, Dominic proposed a hybrid model with a cash booth alongside digital scanning lines and noted the district can choose payout cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and delivery method (check). He said ticket transfers are supported and that athletic directors in the league routinely share ticket links for visiting games.
No vote was taken; Dominic said the administration would communicate widely to families before implementation if the board approves a pilot.
