John Young of ICS opened the presentation by describing a process of data collection, principal surveys, inspection reports and capacity studies that the team has consolidated into CIP360, a web‑based capital planning tool that houses line‑item costs, expected life cycles and notes for each facility. “This is an example of the cost put out from across those buildings by year based on those expected life expectancies,” Young said, emphasizing the numbers were illustrative rather than a final plan.
