Pasco MPO approves minutes and three BPAC appointments

- Daniel McDowell, nominated as an at-large representative; staff noted McDowell is a lifelong Pasco County resident, active trail user and president of the McDowell Foundation. - Francisco Moreno Orama, nominated as Dade City representative (recommended by Mayor Scott Black) to replace Tyrone Lovett. - Chris Pelovich, nominated as District 3 representative (nominated by Commissioner Starkey); staff noted Pelovich's business background and cycling experience.
Each nomination was moved and seconded and approved with aye responses; the transcript records no named roll-call tally of votes.
