He grouped the request with other IT proposals including a flat‑rate provisioning and repair agreement with the Delaware County Intermediate Unit for $16,687, and several one‑year extensions and services (Securly $32,208; Palo Alto extension $79,405.24; USB‑C chargers $21,490). "This is via the CoStar's purchasing agreements," Butler told the committee as he walked through grant and procurement items.
