The North Richland Hills Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 on Aug. 15 to approve the final plat for the Stony Brook Park addition, a 7.9-acre, 31-lot single-family subdivision at the southeast corner of Stony Brook Drive and Runfield Road.
Quinton, a staff member presenting the item, said the property is zoned R-2 and described lots as typical for the area, roughly 73 feet by 124 feet.
