Earlier in the meeting the chairman asked for a motion to recommit House Bill 490 to the Economic Development and Tourism committee. After a motion and a second, an objection was recorded, members were polled verbally and the chair stated the bill was sent back to Economic Development.
The meeting adjourned with the chair noting the body was due back in the chamber at 1:30.
