DeKalb County commissioners approve replacing school health liaison tied to grant

The Chair explained the position was added as part of the health-grant package and asked for a motion to permit replacement and posting so continuity in grant reporting would be preserved.
A commissioner moved to allow the replacement and another commissioner seconded; the Chair declared the motion carried. The meeting transcript does not include a roll-call vote tally or recorded individual votes beyond the Chair’s declaration that the motion carried.
The board agreed to address related contract or program questions (including items involving Genova Healthcare) at the regular Monday meeting, and the Chair said drawings and other materials for other agenda items would be available for review then.
