Commissioners asked for edits to replace references to private companies with "DeKalb County" where appropriate, to ensure county IT/IS involvement, and to require county attorney approval for access to archived footage (with exemptions for law‑enforcement investigations). After suggested wording changes, the board approved the policy and asked staff to circulate the final redline.
Commissioners also acknowledged an updated Sunny Meadows contractor and asked that all vendor communications go to the coordinator, not individual residents. The motions carried on voice votes.
