Accessory and commercial permits
- 9200 Martin Drive (Ordinance 39-28): Council approved a special-use permit allowing an existing detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) larger than the by-right size and located farther than the standard distance from the primary house. The applicant said the unit will house an elderly relative and that utilities and drainage were brought into compliance; Planning and Zoning recommended approval 7-0. The council voted 7-0 to adopt the ordinance.
