The committee agreed to have departments flag equipment they want retained and to coordinate moving important items before any buildings are shut down. Consultants and staff will provide a detailed list of items, logistical plans and estimates for relocation and disposal for the committee’s next planning cycle.
Follow-up tasks assigned included contacting local auction houses, scheduling inventory timelines in spring, and ensuring critical IT systems slated for reuse are protected during winterization and any later moves.
