Pflugerville commission approves Windermere Park replat after residents raise drainage concerns

The Pflugerville Planning and Zoning Commission approved a replat for Lots 4 and 5 of Windermere Park Garden Villas Section 2 (RP2025-000349) intended to correct the locations of drainage easements and show floodplain boundaries for a 5.964-acre site zoned MF-10.
Planning staff described the replat as an administrative correction of drainage-easement and floodplain notation and said no zoning changes are proposed; driveway locations, lighting, parking and any required detention will be addressed at site-plan review. "This is just looking, strictly focused on looking at the location of the drainage easements and the floodplain locations," a staff presenter said.
