Planning staff presented the request as ARC2025-00560 and recommended approval, saying the building has been vacant since about 2020 and that the proposed work—painting, replacing opaque overhead garage doors with glazed doors to add transparency, and enhancing the corner entrance—would allow a new tenant while bringing activity back to downtown.
