The foundation’s secretary (identified in the meeting transcript as Speaker 3) said the group received its 501(c) status in November 2023 and launched community operations in October 2024. “We are the Pflugerville Parks Foundation,” the speaker said, describing the organization’s mission “to cultivate a thriving and sustainable community by championing the development, maintenance, and accessibility of green spaces for all residents.”
