County restarts FCC license process; Georgetown tower delivered and to be stacked Monday

The presenter noted that final installation depends on weather and safety rules that can delay climbs for crews on 180‑foot towers.
Commissioners asked staff to keep the board updated on delivery and CMP (utility) permit statuses; staff said they will follow up with CMP and confirm invoice and permit status before proceeding with site work.
Next steps: staff will update the commission with delivery and installation dates for Phippsburg and will notify the board once stacking and CMP approvals are confirmed.
