Board adopts education-appreciation resolution and approves human-resources items

Later under additional board business the board considered and approved a set of human-resources items that had been presented as a first reading earlier in the meeting. The motion to approve those human-resources items was moved and seconded; the roll-call vote recorded affirmative votes from the members listed in the minutes and the motion carried.
No roll-call negatives or abstentions were recorded in the meeting transcript for either vote. The meeting was then formally adjourned following a successful motion and roll-call vote.
