The O'Fallon Parks and Recreation Advisory Board convened Jan. 14, approved the meeting agenda and the previous meeting minutes by voice vote, received staff reports from parks and recreation divisions, and adjourned the meeting.
Chair Amanda called the meeting to order and asked Darcy to conduct roll call. The board approved the agenda after a motion and second; the chair recorded the voice vote and declared the motion passed. Members later moved and seconded approval of August meeting minutes, which the chair also announced as passed.
No citizen comments were offered during the public-comment period. The board then received divisional reports but did not take final actions on capital projects or budget items; staff said they would return with contractor recommendations, design details and budget implications when available.
A motion to adjourn was made and seconded and the chair closed the meeting.
