The North Ridgeville City Board of Education on Tuesday approved a resolution authorizing change orders for upcoming construction work and accepted a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) commitment to the construction manager at risk for a pre-engineered metal Maintenance and Transportation Building.
A board member described the GMP as reflecting the pre-engineered metal building for the district's Maintenance and Transportation facility. The motion to approve these resolutions was made and seconded during the meeting; the board recorded affirmative roll-call votes for the measure.
The motion was moved on the floor and seconded by Missus McCarthy, and roll-call votes recorded several members voting yes.
