Lake Ridge annual meeting: county code-enforcement official outlines 311 process; finance committee reports modest assessment increase

The Lake Ridge Association held its annual membership meeting, where a county code-enforcement official described how residents should use Prince William County’s 311 system and the association’s finance committee outlined a plan that would hold assessment increases to 1.93%.

President Ron Yoho opened the meeting, introduced board members and committee chairs, and said the association would begin formal business at 8 p.m. He invited a county representative to brief residents on enforcement, reporting and the 311 customer-service system.

Richard Lynch, identified at the meeting as the county assistant director for public works and code enforcement, told attendees the 311 service has been live since May and that the county has received about 2,068 complaints since inception, with roughly 1,900 closed.
