City planning staff told the board there was no presentation for the item and asked that the matter be deferred while the applicant’s materials and any related review proceed. “We’re just requesting continuance to the February meeting,” a planning staff member said.
A board member moved to continue the item to the Feb. 19 meeting; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
Because the applicant has requested the continuance, the board did not take further testimony at this meeting. The planning division will retain the filed record and the item will return to the board on Feb. 19 unless the applicant withdraws or the case is otherwise resolved.
