Residents urge board to change policy 2431 to allow homeschooled students into extracurriculars

Policy committee chair said the committee reviewed arguments for both sides and ended without a recommendation so it could elicit full‑board feedback.
Board members and staff invited Lassell to follow up with administrators and reiterated that the committee intends to gather more input before returning recommendations to the full board. No policy change or vote occurred at the meeting; the board did not set a firm public deadline for the committee’s recommendation.
