Spalding County planning panel approves multiple rezoning and variance requests, denies two Swint Road variances

The Spalding County Planning and Appeals Commission reviewed a packed agenda and on motions with no recorded opposition denied two setback and lot-width variance requests on Swint Road while approving several other zoning actions and variances, some with conditions, that will go to the Board of Commissioners for final consideration.
