Staff explained they waived fees so they would not need to prepare a full staff report for a case the applicant intended to withdraw. "We ended up waiving the fees so that we didn't have to write a staff report," Sam said. Commissioners confirmed the written withdrawal and noted the applicant could be contacted by the staff phone number on file if necessary.
No additional action was recorded at the work session; the withdrawal will remove the item from the upcoming agenda as appropriate.
