He also noted that the CIC previously sold a parcel on Orchard for $3,790 and that the differences in those amounts would need clarification from the county auditor.
Board members emphasized that this vote authorizes only outreach to determine interest; it does not set a sale price or complete a transfer. The president said staff will perform due diligence and return with recommendations if negotiations proceed.
