Mocksville advances downtown streetscape and sidewalk plans; precision sidewalk repair approved

Candace Hladic of JMT Engineering and Planning updated the Mocksville Town Council on two downtown projects, saying the team has completed survey and data collection and is preparing draft designs and environmental reviews for sidewalk connections and a South Main Street streetscape. "The first one is the sidewalk connectivity project," Hladic said, describing planned sidewalks on Yadkinville Road (north side), Maroney Street (between the roundabout and the senior center), Wilkinsboro Street (south side near the roundabout) and Duke Street.
