Staff outlined options for altering the commission's start time (6:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 4:45 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.). Commissioners discussed personal availability and several said an earlier start would be preferable. A commissioner moved to set the start time at 5:30 p.m.; the motion was seconded and passed. Staff indicated it would make the schedule adjustment.
The change is administrative: staff will update meeting notices and calendars and continue to post agenda and meeting information as required by town rules.
