The commission approved an amended site plan for a hospice at 2290 Technology Drive. Cochran Engineering's Eric Kirchner said the phase‑2 building would grow to about 11,885 square feet and increase licensed beds from 11 to 14; the commission approved the plan subject to standard staff conditions including updated utility providers and retaining‑wall elevations.
