Carroll County EDA Board approves minutes and treasurer's report, convenes closed session under Virginia law

The Carroll County Economic Development Authority Board met Feb. 18, 2025, approved its January meeting minutes and the treasurer's report, voted to convene a closed session under Virginia Code §2.2-3711, and later certified that the closed session was conducted in conformity with state law.
