She offered to consult the board attorney and request a written revision or addendum.
Board members discussed possible remedies including a contract addendum or amendment broadening the scope of work from a named site to a generic or "neutral" site so the document aligns with the board's direction. After discussion, the chair moved that the proper legal action be taken to reflect the current work under the facilities consultant services contract (revision/addendum/amendment as appropriate); the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Superintendent Belizzi said she will follow up with legal counsel and the consultant to obtain clear written confirmation or a contract modification so public documents match district practice. The board requested the administration report back on the outcome of that legal/contract follow‑up.
