Frisco council adopts stormwater fee increase; most residents to see about $1.20 a month rise

Brett Peterson, budget and strategic planning manager, said the ordinance was advertised as required and observed the increase was included in the adopted budget. "Most residents will see about a dollar 20 increase on their monthly bill for stormwater fee," Peterson said.
Council members confirmed the fee change matched budget projections and voted 6–0 to adopt the ordinance amending the municipal stormwater utility system fee schedule.
