Euless council unanimously approves auto‑repair site plan, calls general election and extends city contracts

The Euless City Council on a unanimous vote approved a privately proposed site plan for a 4,050-square-foot auto-repair building at 3030 South Pipeline Road, voted to call a general election for mayor and council places 2 and 4, and approved extensions of contracts for the city manager and the city secretary.

Lisa Payne, interim director of planning and development, told the council the applicant is proposing a 4,050-square-foot building on 0.572 acres at 3030 South Pipeline (in the TX-10 zoning district) and that the planning and zoning commission had forwarded a recommendation of approval.
