The Saint Bernard Community Improvement Commission met on Nov. 19, accepted minutes from Sept. 24 and Oct. 22, heard a treasurer’s report and voted to enter an executive session to discuss the sale of village property.
At the start of the meeting the minutes for the Sept. 24 and Oct. 22 meetings were presented and a motion to accept them as printed was made and seconded; the chair called for a voice vote and the minutes were accepted. Treasurer Bob Culbertson reported balances: $249,763.24 in the Fifth Third Bank account and $5,328.80 in the First State Bank checking account.
Before adjourning the public session, the commission moved to enter executive session to discuss the sale of property. The body conducted a roll‑call vote; multiple members recorded 'yes' and two members were recorded absent. The chair then announced the commission was entering executive session. No public actions or decisions on the sale were made in the recorded public portion.
The commission also agreed to move the December meeting to Dec. 17 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers to avoid the Christmas week.
