The DuPage County Judicial and Public Safety Committee on March 2 approved a series of procurement contracts and intergovernmental agreements, including a purchase for IBM Passport software for the Clerk of the Circuit Court and a sole-source software purchase for the sheriff’s DNA genetic analyzer.
At the start of the meeting the chair moved through routine business, approving minutes from Feb. 17 and establishing remote participation for members on a motion by Member Tornatore that was seconded by Member Zay and carried.
On procurement, the committee approved JPSP-17-26, a purchase order to Logicalis Inc. for IBM Passport software for the Clerk of the Circuit Court covering 04/01/2026–03/31/2027 for $111,214.44, with options for up to three renewals. The motion was…
